RECIPE OF THE MONTH FOR AUGUST
CHEESECAKE MIX
Ingredients
500 gms CHEESE CAKE MIX
400 mls COLD WATER
Method
1. Blend on top speed for 4 minutes until smooth
2. Pour on to biscuit base (see Biscuit Base recipe)
Use 22cm pie plate or spring-form pan and refrigerate.
Grated lemon or orange rind can be added for variety.
